We have two shops in London’s West End. Soho is at 41 Broadwick Street, Carnaby, London W1F 9QL. Fitzrovia is at 29 Rathbone Place, London W1T 1JG.

Both shops are open Monday–Saturday: 9am–11pm, and Sunday: 9am–10:30pm.

This includes Christmas Day, New Years Day and Bank Holidays

Neither shop has a step-free access. There is one step at the entrance of each shop, but we have a portable ramp available at Soho and Fitzrovia.

Neither shop has a wheelchair-accessible toilet. In Soho, the toilets are in a courtyard reached by four steps.

In Fitzrovia, there is a toilet on the same level, but it is not a fully accessible toilet.

We keep tables for walk-ins but we are always busy, so book your table now at either our Soho or Fitzrovia shop to avoid the queues.

All our shops are laptop-free zones from 3.30pm.

All our shops are cash-free: only electronic payments are allowed.

A 10% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill. The full amount goes directly to our team.

One menu is currently published for both shops, so what you see here is served at Soho and at Fitzrovia alike.

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are marked on the menu, and the range includes a vegan croissant, a vegan chocolate cake, dark hot chocolate, penne, minestrone and several vegan nibbles.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are handled. Whilst we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens. Please speak to a member of staff for full allergen information. If you have any food allergy or intolerance, please speak to our staff before ordering.

In 2015, we developed the “Triple Chocolate” concept where decadent melted dark, milk and white chocolate is poured over your order. This includes the famous Triple Chocolate Mocha and our best-selling Chocolate Cake.

We offer UK-wide delivery for nearly all of our products. Products which are collection-only are clearly marked in our online store.

Deliveries take up to 2-3 business days to arrive, but we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Yes. Collection orders are picked up from our Fitzrovia shop, 29 Rathbone Place, London W1T 1JG.

Yes, once you have confirmed your order you can select your pickup time in the thank you page.

Currently all deliveries are sent when the order is placed. We suggest placing your order 2-3 working days before you need your order.

Delivery charges vary on the order size and are calculated at checkout.

Most of our products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Non-perishable items may be returned if unused, unopened, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Cakes, chocolates, opened food products, made-to-order items, personalised products, gift cards and sale items unless faulty.

Contact us with your order number and photographs. Where an order is damaged, faulty or incorrect the remedy is a replacement, refund or store credit.

Please get in touch if more than 10 business days have passed without refund confirmation.
